Why isn't ryan wolfe a csi anymore, and why is frank in a uniform and bald??

Answers: Frank was promoted to a 3 stripe sergent, so now he's the hesd of a unit for major crimes in Miami.
Ryan Wolfe was dismissed because he gambled on Company Time to pay off a huge debt he had incured to loan sharks. He will be back again on probation for awhile till Horatio & the team can trust him again not to gamble either on the job or off.He has to take counselling while they're giving him another chance. We'll just have to watch & see what happens in this story plot.I like him, so I hope he cleans his act up & stays with the show.
