Answers: I like Milian and Judy the best. They seem to use the actual law the most in their rulings, whereas Mathis and others go more based on emotion rather than law.
And to the poster who said TV judges make a mockery of the system that puts people in prison.. you need to realize there are two judicial systems - criminal and civil. These shows "mock" the civil system, if anything. However they're not really courts to begin with, they're ordering arbitration agreements, which are basically like settlements. Regardless, you'd be suprised how similar TV judges and "real-life" civil courts really look to each other. Milan! Love her.... In the UK we only get Judge Judy. Addictive! I like Judge Alex, but my favorite was Judge Wapner on the People's Court. The People's Court Judge Marilyn Milian is without a doubt the very best. Marilyn i like judge judy. my bf says she is a b!@#$, but i think b!@#$ish is the only language some of the people on those shows understand. Mathis n Judge Alex None of the above. I dislike any Judge who represents the Law on television. They might know the Law , but acting as one on TV is nothing more than a mockery of the Justice system we use to put real people in prison. Judge Judy none compares to her. definately judge judy. she is so straight forward and direct. I love how she says "on your best day you will never be smarter than me on my worst day."
she is currently in the 11th season of her show in syndication and makes millions of dollars. Judge Judy all the way!!! She's little but she's mighty. PLUS she came up with a brilliant book title: Don't Pee on my Leg and Tell Me It's Raining...
LMAO :) I really have to say Judge Judy.. That woman is hilarious and says what's on her mind.. She is for real.. I saw her on Regis and Kelly and trust me.. she's exactly that way.... Judge Judy tells it like it is she rocks ? Mathis,,,then Milyan Mathis and Milyan judy, her comments are priceless!
