Answers: I don't know I would say that he is effeminate but gay I don't know. I do know that my sister knew she was different from other girls her age from age 13 and was tormented for it. Later she came out and is very successful and has a great partner and a daughter. Also, I don't think that parents "allow" their kids to be Gay I believe that it is a genetic thing. Why is it important that you know thwe answer to this question? He probably would be eventually. Yes he is.
