Was anyone else shocked and devasted with her dying last nite??..I cant believe it..I felt as if tho i lost my own pet..she was a great leader and mother..i dont think i can watch again
Answers: I was really upset. I couldn't believe it, but understand that it is a documentary about wild animals. Life really is tough out there.
As upset as I was, I realize that it was because I had "humanized" Flower.
She was an amazing Meercat leader. She was a wonderful leader and mother. This unthinkable thing should not have happened to such a wonderful meerkat. It breaks my heart and I feel as though life is a little less meaningful today. Oh Flower! We will miss you forever, old friend! I already knew she died in Feburary. Remember this is life in the Kalahari. I'll just tell u that Mozart and Kinkajou also dies. I'm still going to watch it. I loved Flower. This show was one of my cats favorite shows I lost him in March. It will be hard to watch with out my kitty and Flower. I was devasted by her death, and also Shakesphere too. I will miss her too
I hope Motzart does better I can not believe it either. I have a VERY soft spot for animals, and have been crying all day. I printed out a pic of her and typed in loving memory on it. I will continue to watch the show in her memory, but it will not be the same. Next year a movie about Flower in her clan is coming out. May she rest in peace, and watch her family flourish.

2000-2007 I am shocked at how this season of Meerkat Manor is going so far! My daughter keeps asking me about Flower (she is 3 1/2 and this is her favorite show!) If Mozart really dies, it will be awful! I wonder if this will be the last season???? she died in feb. animal planet did not want to tell cause it was going to mess up next season i saw it on animalplanet.com she got bit by a cobra
