TV Heroes.. Is Claire's father "bad"?
Answers: Here's the deal. When the show first started, HRG was thought to be really bad because he was hunting the Heroes and taking them to his Company where they were studied, then had their memories wiped. But over the course of the first season, we all learned that he would do anything in his power to protect Claire. And finally, he figured out that PrimaTech Paper wasn't all it was cracked up to be and started working against the Company.
Now - is he willing to do bad things? Well yeah! He's like someone who was trained to be a Ranger or a Seal; he may not go looking for trouble, but if it comes to him, he knows quite well how to handle it. Right now I think he is, but you never know... I never know what to expect... I can never really predict what's going to happen on the next episode It was pretty shocking to see him grab that guy and break his finger. But I can't really say. All I know is that he really cares about Claire. I think he's like a wise guy who is stuck in the middle of right and wrong. It can be hard to tell who's side he's on, though. He's not bad. He's just mixed up in bad stuff. Were it not for the company he would just be an average guy with average morals. I don't think that he's "bad" at all. He was working for the company that "bags and tags" people with special abilities and now he is trying to help the people that he was once helping capture and he is going above and beyond to protect Claire. I don't think he's bad. But he is a father first. I believe he will do anything and everything in his power to protect his 'little girl.' In the first season I honestly thought he wanted to hurt all the "HEROES" but when they showed that he did everything he did to protect Claire, it made me think otherwise about him.
