Answers: The person in question is Terry Wogan. He has presented the british coverage of Eurovision for many many years now and is the main reason most people watch the program for his witty and sarcastic comments.

Comments such as "dutch voters are as mad as a bucket of frogs" "you're wearing that shirt for a bet" this to a Latvian contestant who had just stepped on stage to perform.

However they can get him in trouble. In 2001 he referred to the 2 Danish presenters as Doctor Death and the Tooth Fairy and he is now banned from broadcasting in Denmark.
