Does your cable company's customer service leave you exhausted when your particular issue is not in their handbook? Do you often think they are really just monkeys taught one step and unable to move forward because the answer isn't in the guidebook? List one of your experiences that you found unneccessarily annoying when dealing with your cable company.


Answers: For the most part, my cable company does a decent job in satisfying their customers.

The one bad experience I've had with them if three bad modems in a row, I wasn't able to use my broadband service for over a week, which was a pain in the @$$. They finally got a working modem to me and credited me on my bill but it was a bad experience nonetheless. i have dishnet and their holding times arent too bad...
