Answers: yep. new neighbors will join the block! juicy! I haven't heard anything like that, but that would be awesome. Yes, I do believe that is one of the new additions to the block. It should add something to the area. I am glad to see that it is changing the face of what is pretty much a WASP street. We did have the Applewhites for a while, but they are gone, so, I think this is a good addition.
