Anyone watch gossip girl? ..what did dan hear serenas mom and that guy talking about, and who wa sthat guy?

Answers: okay so dan walked outside of the party and serenas mom was talking to that man. what they were talking about was that serenas mom didnt like him going to places with other younger women. she doesnt like this because they are secretly dating. im not sure exactly who the guy is but all i could tell was that serena doesnt know that her mom is secretly seeing that guy I believe "that guy" is the father of the guy who attacked Dan's sister last week.
I can't remember his name, but I do know he's a jerk.
