I Saw them all when they were on originally. Also, I have every single episode, including reconstructions of all the missing ones, on DVD (many recorded from my video collection) and I'm in the process of viewing them all in order again at the moment. I'm up to the 3rd Doctor story "The Mutants" now.
Its a tragedy that so many Doctor Who stories from the 1960s were lost though, when the BBC wiped the tapes, and can only be seen now as reconstructions. The second Doctor stories were worst hit, and there is only one story from the whole of series 4 and 5 that remains intact - "Tomb of the Cybermen"
