Everybody says Carlos Mencia is a joke theif but actually everybody else steals jokes from him, it's true! Also, he IS full mexican. The whole German thing is simply a rumor. And his real name is Carlos, it even says it on his birth certificate. So stop bashing Carlos Mencia just because he's a hella of a lot funnier than Chappelle, Cosby, Murphey, and all of those other hasbeens who couldn't tell a joke out of a paper bag.
