I started watching Betiyaan with my mom while i was visiting India, the show had just started, I had seen until Yuvraj comes back. I thought I would read the synopsis today but now I am clueless who are Pavitra, Gauri & Karan????

Pavitra is originally a kothewali named Kajri but yuvraj marry her and take her to his home there pavitra is webbing against her in laws.
Gauri is sister of yuvraj and these days she knows the truth behind pavitra that she is kajri.
Karan is a new entry from last week. when laxmi on her way to Panchgani gets down from the bus. Two loafers try to misbehave with her, a stranger comes to her rescue. The stranger beats up the two loafers. The stranger is revealed as Karan.

and hubby of laxmi is now died in an accident.
