What was the bad Mo'Nique joke that Courtney told?

I listened to the show. Although she did not want to ealobrate on the subject, she did say that the joke was about Mo'Nique's big arms. She was very apologetic and said she did not mean it in a bad way because she also has big arms. Apparently someone close to Mo'Nique found the joke very offensive and blew it out of proportion.
