Is gordon ramsey the tv chef a bit over the top?

i have been a chef for the better part of 20 years before that i have worked with many chefs i have never known anyone to lose theire temper like that.i have 3 restaurants and a takeaway i none of the people i work or worked with can say i lost my temper and started swearing at them.i think he is giving up and coming chefs the message that it is ok to behave like that and that is wrong

j. it is not being gulible but he is a role model for a lot of young people.they might take this type of behavior litteraly.which in the long term will do them harm rather than good
