Back to the 80's and feeling old?

Anyone else enjoying the old tv shows that are on tv now? Sure makes me feel old.

TBS has picked up Different Strokes. My kids are loving that.

I grew up in the 80's and remember seeing on Back to the Future 2 a place called "Cafe 80's" when Marty went into the future. I thought "Who in the world would want a place like that!" ofcourse I was young at the time. lol

I'll be 32 in just 10 days and I must say I feeling old seeing these old tv shows on! Looking at the clothes Alyssa Milano is wearing and all the other 80's things! lol

My 11yr old daughter just loves Full House & Saved by the Bell! I heard on one Save by the Bell the kids saying "Class of 1993!" Boy oh boy! lol

Anyone else feeling old with me? lol

Yep, I am feeling the same way. I will be hitting 35 this year and I have a 14 y/o daughter that thinks my 80's new wave music is weird. She also gets embarassed if I show up at school rocking out to some punk/emo music. I definitely feel old when I think that I watched "Sixteen Candles", "The Breakfast Club", and (original) "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" at my 12th birthday party. But, it's fun to see how everything comes full circle with syndication, my kids also adore "Full House" and "Roseanne". It's kind of refreshing to watch all the 80's campy sitcoms.

Don't think of it as feeling old, just think that you can share your childhood with your kids.
