As far as pacing, 24 is the first show that comes to mind. It's one of the few shows out there that moves as quickly as Prison Break. If you like the way the plots work, with lots of twists and turns, then try Heroes and Lost. Also, if you don't mind older shows, try checking out Alias - it's very similar in terms of pacing and plot. You might also enjoy the new Battlestar Galactica.
