Answers:
I would do either the Amazing Race or Survivor. Amazing Race b/c you can go to all these different places in the world and compete along side someone who can be your best friend or family member or significant other and have a great time while competing. Survivor b/c it's a game of wits and strategy whereas you have to outplay all of your opponents to be the last one standing. You only have yourself to depend on when playing Survivor in contrast to the Amazing Race, you have another person to depend on but either way both are exciting adventures, so I would do both.
