Who is your favorite pick on the show 40s v 20s age of love?

Well Tessa WAS my favorite, but she got the boot last night. I don't understand why she was talking about Amanda while she was on a date with Mark. Don't these girls realize that's the kiss of death to talk about the other girls when they're with the main guy? I'll have to start rooting for Amanda, since she seems really sweet and Mark seems to like her alot. As for the older girls, Jen is gorgeous.
I do have a problem though with the whole concept of this 40s vs. 20s on the show. Mark has said on a few occasions how he wants to get married and start a family. The women in their forties really are too old to start a family with a young guy. Yes I know some women have their first babies at that age, but Mark is young and because of that has much more in common with the younger women. It's embarrassing to watch the older women try to act all coy and sexy and young, even though they are very attractive. I don't believe Mark will ever pick one of the older ones. If he does, the relationship will last about a week after the show ends.
