Name of a Murder/Mystery series in the 1990's?!

Name of a Murder/Mystery series in the 1990's?

I am looking for the name of a murder series that was shown on BBC Wales around 1996/1997 starring Robert Pugh as the lead character. One of the episodes was filmed in the house where I grew up and to would love to know how to get hold of the series or just to be able to watch the episode online. Can anyone remember what it was called? I'm sure it had the word Murder in the title.

I've checked all the answers so far and it isn't any of them. I must have the name of the lead actor wrong. It was a series and it was filmed in Wales. Thanks for your help so far guys.

Was it Milwr Bychan ? Made in 1986.
