What season of GOLDEN GIRLS is, in your opinion...BEST or BETTER than other seasons?
GOLDEN GIRLS is great, and I would buy all of the seasons available, except I want to buy just one season first to start. I've seen most shows first run.
In my opinion, any show has to go at least one season before the Actors involved really fall into their roles comfortably, so I tend to shy away from the first season at first when I want to revisit a favorite show.
To me, upon re-watching a favorite show that lasts more than a few seasons, you can see the awkardness in the Actors and in the directing during the first season, and it always takes a bit before the chemistry is there.
Also, the last seasons are always a bit of a pain to re-watch, as you can almost tell the Actor involved know it's ending soon, and the energy levels of the players is usually off or considerably lowered due to role fatigue, boredom or depression. It seems as if such feelings hang over last season TV shows.
So, consdering the above, what season would you recommend?

They are all great, but if you want to learn more about the characters, get the 1st season. You wont be disappointed!
