Does anybody know this strange tune??

It's on the Norwich Union advert on tv and I think it's really funny - sounds like it might be really old. Anybody any ideas???

No - its not Ella Fitzgerald!!! Lol!! At least I've never heard her sound like that!! Its a guys voice and hes making weird noises with his throat, I think, and making a tune out of it! Someone must know what I mean!!

i think i no which one you mean- is it the one where there are different peoples' faces in different windows of a yellow building and the guy's singing a funny thing in the backgound which sounds like a burp mixed with a hiccup?? i think its quite catchy actually, it makes me think of a kids programme and a clown. it sounds lyk the guy's gone into a spasm lol.
