Thank God Your're Here: is this show rehearsed?

Thank God You're Here is back on australian tv tonight. but i'm a bit cynical and I think that the show isn't as improvised as it claims to be. I think it's pre -rehearsed

i know the american version didn't last long but i just don't buy the concept that it is ad-libbed.

They rehearse other skits backstage, just so they can practice their improv skills. But the skits you see on TV are completely unrehearsed. They do not know what lies behind the door until they cross it.
By the way, the series was cancelled after only a few episodes. Truth is, it wasn't that great.
