Her name's Melissa...that's what I thought! At least Rock finally pulled it together. Anything else I should know?

OK, here is a recap:


Challenge was for each team to make 3 creative dishes using lobster. Girls got the first dish, guys got the second, and it all came down to the third. He said he was sorry there had to be a loser, because both of the dishes were great. It was very close, but the women won. Rock first got mad, because he thought the men deserved to win. They got to go to a photo shoot with In Touch Magazine. The men (and Melissa) had to recycle all the bottles in HK. This was Rock's second time getting angry, he said that it was the most ridiculous punishment ever. Then, Scott, the blue team's sous chef, said that Rock was needed at the photo shoot. Meanwhile, Jen, Bonnie, and Julia were looking very glamarous in their dresses. Just to embarass Rock, Ramsay called him to the photo shoot just to get the recycling there and bring it back. Rock was pissed for a 3rd time.

Then dinner service: Girls started out well, but the blue team sucked the whole time. Melissa was bad, it was Brad's worst service ever (and his only bad service), and Josh was pretty bad too. Josh served runny potatoes, Brad served bad food and cooked the wrong things. Bonnie started a fire in the red kitchen, but everything was fine, and Julia made a few little mistakes.

In the end, the red team won the service. Ramsay pointed out that an executive chef (Rock), 2 sous chefs (Brad and Josh), and a line chef (Melissa), were beaten by a nanny (Bonnie,) a short order cook (Julia,) and a pastry chef (Jen.)

He told the blue team to come up with 2 nominees for elimination. They agreed that if they were basing it in the overall competition, it should be Melissa and Josh, but if it was based just on that night, it should be Melissa and Brad. We never did see what they decided.

Ramsay called the blue team up, but he never asked for the nominees. He told Melissa to step forward, then he told her to leave HK. He then shocked everyone by saying, "blue team: I'm not done yet." He told Josh and Brad to step forward, as he was planning on eliminating another chef. However he then said, "My decision is: both of you...will get another chance." So it is down to 3 guys and 3 girls, even teams.
