I doubt it'll be any time soon... it's not even out in America for a few months yet, and Amazon don't even have it to pre-order.
A quick Google products search for "smallville season 6 dvd" only turns up one stockist, however I don't know anything about them and it says the DVD was produced for Asian markets, so I couldn't possibly recommend them... I think your best bet will be to wait a few months.
