When did the Robin Hood (old) series was made?

please give the details of year ,company etc of the famous Robin Hood series where Jason Connery acted as the Robin.

The Robin of Sherwood series starring Jason Connery was made in 1985 and released on TV a year later. Prior to that, there were two series starring Michael Praed (1984-1985).
There was going to be a fourth series but it floundered when the American TV compnay Goldcrest went bankrupt and its British partner , HTV, couldn't cover the costs.
