I am confused. Pat keeps having these parties in there and they are always smoking

i didnt understand it either, when the police turned up coz peg called them, yeah ok they covered the tables and got books out, but what about the smoke filled room? the pigs didnt say anything about it!! Eastenders need to get their act together and start using the things in their heads.
