what to do when cable company (Comcast to be exact) gives you the runaround? I have called and talked to several different "representatives" and also emailed them several times in reference to a problem I've been having, and still no solution has been given to me. Apparently they have no consideration to their customers. I've been nice up until now, but I'm fixin' to be their worst nightmare. Any suggestions? Or should I just switch to satelite tv?

I have Comcast too and they have done the same thing to me. I can't stand them, but I think it's just cable companies in general that suck. Give 'em hell!
