When I try to view a full episode is says that it cannot be viewed outside of the USA, is there any way I can still watch it? Or do you know of any other good website with full, recent episodes

I think the problem is with the IP address associated with your computer. I know that many programs from the US can't be viewed in Canada, and vice versa. The IP address indicate the country in with your service is being provided to block the episodes from being played via the CBS website. The only thing I might suggest is You Tube to see if a particular show is posted there. They allow posting from all over. I hope this helps.
