She can be seen laying on a towel pool side next to a guy and upstairs in window looking down with another girl. She wears a whilte headband as well. She is a brunette in the commercial.

She looks familiar, but I don't think she's a recognisable actress - just that she looks like someone. This website has got the full advert and it lists the "cast" but the only name given is that of the Koreon lady - Jarah Mariano. If she was a famous actress, I think it would have listed on the credits.
