Anyone remember this foreign tv show ?

It was on dish network from 2 to 3 during the week. I think it was called rebud but not sure on the spelling of it since it was foreign.I was just trying to find out what happend to the show

This show was about either high school kids or college kids living all toghether in like a dorm hall and It starred Talula. The kids eventually started a band together and then that was the last i saw of it. I believe it was a soap opera, drama or maybe even a reality show.

What kind of show was it? Drama, comedy, animation, ... what age group was it aimed at, and what was the general plot line? When you say "foreign", what, exactly, do you mean? Foreign as in, what country?

There was a Canadian show called "Reboot", it was aimed at kids, maybe 10 years old or something, and was animated. Here's the wikipedia link...
