I only started watching this summers reruns, so I've missed quite a few episodes.

Jared Padalecki broke his arm doing a stunt and they had to incorporate it into the show, so Sam survives the OMGWTFTRUCK in Devil's Trap with a few cuts and bruises, but gets his arm broken by a zombie chick (in Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things) roughly half his size. Dean is never gonna let him live it down. *g*
