I have question about Married with children show?

i have seen some episodes were peggy was pregeant, did she have a baby in the show or she had miscarrige? does anyone know?

Katey Sagal (Peg) really wanted children. She was in her seventh month when she miscarried. Everyone at Married With Children was worried about her; they thought it would be too hard on her to have to go through that and then come to work every day and pretend to be a new mother. So the writers made it so that the entire season was one long nightmare that Al had so that Katey wouldn't have to deal with that.

Katey got pregnant again a few seasons later. Her doctor wanted her to take it easy to make sure that she and the baby would be okay. The writers made it so that Katey would be able to do this. This is the season where Peg goes off in search of her father (who ran away from her mother) and she checks in on Al every so often through a phone call. She only had like one scene every couple of episodes. Fortunately, both Katey and the baby were fine this time.
