I think she wants that media attention that Paris is getting. She's always stirring the pot.

When she had her own show she talked alot about her difficult childhood because her mother died when Rosie was very young. She was funny and entertaining and seemed to want to help others. Then she turned mean and vindictive. Maybe she has a personality disorder and she's gone off her meds.
