Forgotten Morning TV Cartoon?
I'm looking for a "Morning Cartoon" that was shown in South Africa at about 7:00 / 7:30 maybe earlier just before I went to School. It was about 5 to 15 minutes long. It was shown in the late 80's or early 90's. The cartoon was about a Polar Bear that ( I think got lost ) and travelled in a Hot-Air Balloon trying to find his way home... I think he had a friend or 2 that travelled with him. It could have been a foriegn cartoon and dubbed.
