Here's the recap:

Thursday 7/12/07

Kevin goes near Jana who he has handcuffed to a pipe. It's morning; Jana wakes up and realizes Kevin is against her. Colleen bangs on the door, calling for Kevin who tells her to hang tight as he taunts Jana about getting a taste of her own medicine and eats what looks to be a candy bar in front of her.

Daniel calls the hospital and learns Kevin never checked back in so he calls Michael believing Kevin is with him, but he isn't. This gets Michael worried especially when Daniel cuts the call short and then calls Colleen only to get her voicemail

Karen starts her first day of work at NE.

Nikki learns Karen is Dru's replacement and is upset that Victor did not consult her first. Victor asks why the hell he would consult her? Nikki can see Victor has not changed.

Noah has spent the night at Phyllis and she makes breakfast for him he's very rude to her! Phyllis continues to be patient until he takes a sip of milk. Nick drops by to check on Noah who complains about Phyllis not letting him buy a new video game. Nick says that happens sometimes and seeing Noah's behavior towards Phyllis tells him he's being rude and to stop. Noah continues being a brat as Phyllis gets a call from Sharon who is checking on Noah too. Phyllis tries to convince her that Noah is just a little upset, but Sharon can hear Nick and Noah arguing so she asks to speak to Nick. Sharon tells Nick she wants to come over as she realizes it was not a good idea to have Noah spend the night there. Nick tells her no and asks for some time with Noah. Sharon agrees and says she'll be by later to pick him up. Phyllis leaves to go run errands while Nick talks to Noah about what's really bothering him.

Karen feels uneasy being Dru's replacement.

Colleen pleads with Kevin to let her out as does Jana who asks Kevin to take the cuffs off her. Kevin says he's doing Colleen a favor by keeping her in the closet while Jana believes he's handcuffed her because of her gun. Kevin sweet talks Jana while Colleen listens telling Kevin that Jana deserves to die!

Noah shows Nick the superhero comic book he made of his family and the more he speaks the more Nick realizes it's Nick's memory loss and his time away from Noah that bothers him.

Sharon and Logan are at Indigo where Logan says Nick spoke a lot about her and Noah so she feels like she already knows them. Sharon realizes it must've been hard for Logan to hear Nick talk about Noah when she lost her children. Logan tells Sharon about a saying she learned from her husband, but Sharon still feels bad for what Logan has been through.

Karen and Neil pick up on the tension between Nikki and Victor so Neil decides to introduce Karen to the Art Department and present Nikki's idea. They leave while Nikki and Victor continue to argue regarding business.

Michael confronts Daniel as he knows Daniel is covering for Kevin, but reminds him that Kevin is his brother and he wants to find him.

Kevin enjoys Colleen's ideas of how to torture Jana for what she's done while Jana says she will spend her entire life regretting what she's done. Kevin doesn't buy it and as he's about to let Colleen out Jana begins having a seizure.

Daniel tells Michael where he was last night with Kevin and Colleen at the warehouse, how Jana and Kevin communicated, and how she never showed up so Kevin decided he would leave. Daniel seems positive Kevin left the warehouse while Michael believes Kevin's still there.

Kevin checks on Jana who is conscious, but out of it. She thinks she is married to Kevin and they have two kids together!

Noah tells Nick about the promises he has broken; Nick promised to love Sharon forever, but he didn't, then he promised the same thing to Phyllis and now that promise has been broken. Nick says he will never stop loving Noah, but Noah fears Nick is making promises he can't keep.

Sharon and Phyllis are at Indigo and it's obvious neither one are comfortable around each other, but are able to come to an understanding where Noah is concerned as they both love him. They agree they have to be firm with him and he needs to have one place where he can call home and be comfortable.

Kevin tells Jana how she tried to kill him and how now he will try to kill her. Jana says but he forgave her and so did Colleen. Colleen says she hasn't. Kevin tells Colleen how crazy Jana is behaving while Colleen believes maybe she is really sick. Jana starts talking which irritates Kevin holds her at gunpoint again. Michael and Daniel arrive and that makes Kevin angrier as Daniel betrayed his trust. Daniel lets Colleen out and they all plead with Kevin not to shoot Jana. Kevin says Jana betrayed him, she used him, and he wants her to pay. Kevin seems determined to pull the trigger which has everyone scared.

Nikki asks Victor to sell NVP to her so she can own it but Victor is against it.

Neil runs into Sharon at Indigo and tells her about Karen taking over Dru's position. Sharon knows how hard this must be for him and suggests he talk to Karen about the type of person Dru was and the type of shoes she has to fill.

Nick tells Phyllis he would like to move back home as that's what Noah wants. Nick says he needs to do this not only for Noah, but for himself as he needs to live the life he used to live in order to get back the life they had. Noah overhears and tells Phyllis to say yes! Phyllis is put in a bad position and is reluctant to say yes as Sharon arrives and learns Nick is moving back in with Phyllis. Sharon is happy for them, but shocked as is Phyllis and Nick when Noah says he is going to live there too!

When it finally seems Michael, Daniel and Colleen have got through to Kevin, Jana talks and it sets him off again as he holds her at gunpoint and tells everyone to stand back!

NEXT ON Y&R: Heather (Paul's daughter) introduces herself to Lauren and Gloria as the new DA, taking over William's cases! Nick tells Phyllis that maybe someday they can do the other thing Phyllis clearly loves doing so much! Colleen tells Kevin that she wants revenge just as much as he does, so Kevin suggests she take the gun and shoot Jana!
