General Hospitals NIGHT SHIFT.. I just watched the first episode and it was aggravating for me! Wadda U Think?

I saw the first episode, had my DVR set for the series and it came on this morning @ 5am!, and to be honest it wasn't what I thought it was going to be.
I understand that they were going to have daytime characters on and that the story lines wouldn't carry over, but Jason is in jail during the daytime and out of jail at night? Then they have Robin and Patrick in trouble pulling ER duty for the night shift on both GH and NS. Brenda was burned and Jason saved her! Let me know what you thought/think about it!!

I haven't seen it yet... I am thinking of watching it tonight. My question is... it looks as if it's only going to be a weekly thing, instead of a daily one. Am I correct?

(I'll edit if I can get to watch it tonight! I really enjoy watching Kimberly McCullough (sp?)! That's the only reason I'm thinking of watching it... If I can watch without interrupting any of my hubby's shows!!)
