In my opinon, after the merger, the episodes started to get a little silly... But I'm excited, waiting for season 4 to start :)

Personally, I like Season 2 better. But, you've gotta remember the writeing style of each season. S2 they had no idea how long the show was going to last. NBC ordered 6 eps, then 2 more ect. S3 They knew they were having a full season. So, they had more plot-driven episodes.
Some episodes were GREAT though. My all time fav, The Job. I'm a sucker for Jam! :)
I can't wait for S4 eather!! I'm going crazy!
