GH is General Hospital, Soap.net, 11pm EST.

Robin is taking a shower in the hospital's locker room and Patrick joins her, their pagers go off and they run out to Epiphany, who tells them a little boy fell out of a tree and she wanted them to look at his x-rays, and yells at them for being late. There are a lot of different patients coming in and out of the hospital, and the staff clearly has their hands full.

The staff runs outside to get someone from an arriving ambulance. Max opens up a car and Jason and Spinelli (who's foot is very injured) come out. Then, the ambulance drives by swearving and speeding and nearly hits them, the drivers come out laughing and there is clearly something wrong with them. Patrick opens the back to get the patient and realizes there is some sort of a gas leak, a man walks over and lights a match and the ambulance explodes. Patrick is thrown and Jason runs into the ambulance to save the patient.

They bring Patrick into the hospital and Robin is frantically ordering around people to get doctors and then Patrick wakes up and starts talking to her, and she calms down. Jason tells Spinelli (who we learn shot himself in the foot) to wait while he goes to get a doctor, but then Epiphany comes out and sends Spinelli to a room with Jolene.

Miss Sneed is putting everyone in their places and Jason is searching for Spinelli. Toussiant tells him what room he is in. Mac and Cruz come in and ask Jason about the ambulance and Jason walks off and into a room with the patient from the ambulance and the doctors are calling her time of death.

Jason then finds Spinelli and tells the doctor he is there to pay Spinelli's bill. Dr. Jullian offers to look at Jason's hands, but he tells him to take care of Spinelli first. Spinelli tells Jason he likes Nurse Jolene.

Regina realizes the women from the ambulance's last name was Barrett. Mac asks Robin about the ambulance, but she says she doesn't know anything. Maxi takes Coop off somewhere.

Leyla delivers some test results to Patrick, and Robin comes in and isn't happy about it. Patrick and Robin argue about there relationship, and then say how Dr. Ford has no right to punish them for helping someone, and Dr. Ford walks in and over hears.

In the locker room, Robin, Lainey, and Kelly talk about Patrick and Robin's relationship. Back upstairs, doctors wheel Patrick on his bed into a hall.

In his room Spinelli talks to Jolene, and Jason walks in with some orange soda for Spinelli. Jolene says the police are on their way, and she had to call them because it is the hospital's procedure on gunshot wounds. Mac is still wandering around searching for answers on how laughing gas got in an ambulance.

The man that lit the match at the beginning wants medication, and Epiphany sends Lainey in to help him. He tells her she has Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

In the hall still, Patrick gets out of his bed when he hears someone singing, but Epiphany makes him sit back down.

Robin asks Leyla what patient Kelly wanted her to help and Leyla points her towards Stacey Sloan, who is pregnant.

Spinelli asks Jason if it is illegal to shoot yourself, and explains that he thought he was ready for a real gun because all of his video game practice, but then the gun was big and he couldn't handle it, but he doesn't want to go to jail. Cruz comes in to ask Spinelli about the incident, and starts listing off charges, but then Jason interrupts and says it was an accident and takes the blame by saying he accidentaly shot him.

Robin asks Stacey if she is experiencing cramping, she tells her no, she just skinned her knees. Stacey stops her and tells her she is HIV+ and Robin tells her she is as well.

In the break room Leyla, Regina, and Jolene talk about Patrick. Now in a room Patrick is laying in bed reading a magazine and Toussiant comes in and they talk for a moment.

Robin and Stacey talk about being HIV+, and Stacey explains how people frown upon the fact that she is pregnant. They bond.

The man tells Lainey he went to light a cigarette and he ended up in World War 3 (meaning the ambulance accident) and then he asks again for medication, but Lainey tells him she can't give him any until they have had at least three sessions. He storms out.

Robin goes into Patrick's room and tells him about Stacey.

Jason tells Cruz he was cleaning a gun when it went off, then Cruz walks out and Spinelli tells Jason he shouldn't take the blame for him, since he wasn't even in the room at the time.

Miss Sneed yells at Regina about no one knowing who the mysterious dead burn victim with the last name Barrett is yet, apparently she was only being brought in for food poisoning. Miss Sneed then walks off and hears noises from a closet, opens the door and sees a handcuffed Maxi with Coop in a compromising position, she screams, backs up, and falls into a cart. Miss Sneed yells for help and Mac and Toussiant come and see Coop and Maxi.

Jolene takes Spinelli out of the room in a wheel chair and Spinelli tells Jason to call his lawyer.

Dr. Ford and Patrick argue. Robin comes into Jason's room to see his hands and they talk about HIV and pregnancy.

Maxi explains to Mac that it was just sex, and its not that wrong, and Coop shouldn't be the only one punished...and they end up having to dump tons of bed pans.

In the locker room Patrick over hears Lainey and Kelly talking about Jason and Robin.

An elderly women who has been ignored all night by all the nurses and doctors talks to Jason about the mystery women he tried to save. She asks him how well he knows Robin, and she says that Robin is fond of him and is very caring.

Patrick is back working and Robin is mad that he isn't resting after what happened, and Patrick walks off.

The elderly women is still taking to Jason and asks if he has any children and he says, "No, well, not living with me". Then she gets up and falls down, Jason jumps up and catches her, and realizes that she is bleeding badly on her side. Robin and other doctors finally come and take her to a room.

Robin walks outside and Patrick follows, she is upset that she ignored the elderly women twice while fighting with him.

Regina is still trying to get the Barrett woman's information. The man who wants medicine is still lurking. Cruz comes in and arrests Jason, Spinelli tries to stop him, but Jason tells him to shut up.

Regina walks down to the morgue with the Barrett woman's information and sees no one but the body, which is making noise and raises a very burnt arm. They bring her back up and are trying to save her.

The man needing medication steals some medicine and runs out of the hospital. Cruz drives off with Jason to the police station.
