I'd say Kevin James as Peter, Jonah Hill (fat kid from Accepted) as Chris, Forest Whittaker as Cleveland, David Arquette (with a prosthetic chin) as Quagmire LOL, who else?

I agree with Endless_Nameless, Michael Maore has to be Peter. For Brian they just need to use some white dog. Lois needs to be the red head from Grays Anatomy. Stewie would be a baby that would not start cryin on the set and they might need to computer generate his head because that makes Stewie Stewie. Meg would be Mila Kurnis (the girl who voices her). Chris would be just a teen, fat, blond acter. If you include Quagmire and them, Quagmire would have to be someone funny like Jim Carry or something. Clevland would be Anthony Anderson or Ice Cube and Joe would be just some guy idk. And the mayer Adam West would be Adam West (if he is still alive)
