Julia was an african american women who had to raise her son "corey" after being widowed in the vietnam war.
Corey had a best friend"Earl Jay Wagadorn" and Julia worked as a medical receptionist for a white doctor.
This was very gutsy stuff as it adressed racisism and vietnam in the late 60s America. 2 very contreversial and tough subjects.
I watch this show as a young boy and it has always stayed with me. I would like to follow up on the characters and what became of them.
