In real life a person like him would fit the critiria for Aspergers

No way! I know quite a few people with aspergers and they act nothing like him. It's not that House doesn't understand emotions or social norms, he just doesn't give a damn. In fact, he loves to do the opposite to try and shock as Wilson points out all the time. It either makes him juvenile, narcissistic or brilliant...take your choice.
