Can anyone remember the name of this 70's American TV comedy series?
It's about a family of 4, a middle-aged couple with their youngish daughter and her (originally) Polish husband.The bad-tempered and bigotted man of the house is always shouting at everyone. His wife is a good-natured but very dim woman. And I think they've got some black neighbours, which causes more laughs, because the man is such a racist.

All in the Family, with the late great Carroll O'Connor starring as the bigoted but lovable Archie Bunker. The neighbors in the early episodes were the Jefferson family who went on to have their own show called, you guessed it, The Jeffersons. A much thinner than present day Sally Struthers starred as Gloria the daughter, and her husband was played by Rob Reiner, who went on to direct lots of great films including When Harry Met Sally, The Princess Bride, and A few Good Men.
