jack plans a proposal soon. im assuming it's a marriage proposal but i'm not sure if it's gonna be to carly or katie but i'm praying it's to carly. carly's supposed to express her love to him today so maybe she'll get through to him

The supposed marriage proposal was a set up by Brad and Carly......he put the idea in Katie's head knowing full well there was no ring and no proposal. This is to show Katie how wrong she is about Jack (because Brad wants Katie). Carly, in the meantime, calls Jack to rush over for some made up accident with Sage, and the bratty kid helped her mother pull it off. Jack is not the smartest knife in the drawer. Katie is all broken up because she thought Jack was gonna propose.
It's all one big lie concocted by Brad and Carly, and I think they're gonna get caught.
