Name of creepy children's TV show in 1990s - scruffy crow and rat puppets?
What was the name of this children's tv show broadcast in the UK in the early 90s and maybe late 80s too? I remember there were really scruffy looking puppets and the show seemed to be set during the night. There was a bell tower, or something like that where some birds lived, they may have been crows, and I think they ruled the area. There was also a rat, or maybe a few rats. The main thing I remember is that this show scared the hell out of me, I'm not sure if it was meant to be creepy, but I've never been a big fan of puppets! I'm sure I haven't made it up but I can't seem to find anything about the show anywhere!
