My wife loves that episode and has it tivo-ed...lucky you. The song is "So Happy Together" by the Turtles. That scene starts with Fez, Eric, and Hyde coming down the stairs, singing with Kitty, and then Red joins them when they move into the kitchen.
Of course what really makes that scene funny is that Red is lip synching to himself and is out of synch a bit.
