The part at the end where Lionel is getting his head shaved and the house blows up and Martha is looking all worried.... I watched the episode twice and didn't understand. Whose house was it? Why was Martha worried? Who was Chloe with when it blew up?

the house that blew up was supposed to be chloe's safehouse 'cause lex was protecting him against lionel 'cause she went against lionel and lionel knows it. martha was worried because clark is getting close with kara, thinking she's also from krypton (i think that was it, sorry it was a long time ago since i saw this episode). chloe was with a bodyguard, i think.
