Ok, so the commercial goes like this.
The caveman is sitting on the couch in the therapist's office. He and the therapist are talking about how it would make no sense if the slogan were "So easy a therapist can do it." The therapist says that makes no sense. Then, the caveman gets a phone call. He says, "It's my mother. I'll put her on speakerphone." I don't get this part! It makes no sense! Could somebody enlighten me?
Also, is it true that they're making a TV show about the cavemen?

The implication is that he has issues with his mother, and that he has talked about them with the therapist in the past.
