Hope someone can help me remember...... I watched GH in the early 80's and there was a female character that was a love interest to Scotty Baldwin. She had some mental health issues and was seeing a psychiatrist named Dr. Katz? (Unsure on his name) Does anyone remember the characters name and also the real name of the actress? Thank you!

I think you mean Heather Webber- scotty did have a fling with her and heather was always loonytoons. the actress was Robin Mattson- she was also on AMC as crazy Janet and on Santa Barbara
