and what about the dog? same question.
I thought others saw him as a normal person, he even kissed Med at her prom and she fell in love with him. I am so confused. haha.. I have watched so many episodes and I still don't know.
I know the dog dates humans...( bulimic chick..)

When Brian talks people recognize him as human, and only the dog and some people recognize when Stewie talks. His family doesn't take nitice to him though, people like Olivia, and a couple others talk with Stewie.
