It's like the writers have put Todd and his storyline on a merry-go-round that never stops or changes. He's always missing and Blair is always looking for him. Why don't they send them on a vacation when the actor goes on vacation? I'm so sick of Todd, but I do love Blair screaming at Marty and calling Cole, "Junior" when she thought they knew something about Todd's whereabouts. It was priceless.
